The Reserve's on-site Event and Catering Coordinator makes plans pleasurable and uncomplicated. You choose all the elements that comprise the special character of your meeting or event, and we make it happen. Tables, chairs and linens, as well as basic A/V equipment are included in the rental fee.Choose the Space That Fits
The Reserve offers a variety of rooms and spaces to suit your needs. Our most popular all-weather outdoor site is the Vintner's Pavilion (pictured below), available May through Mid-October.
Situated on the wildflower-boardered patio adjacent to the North Course's 18th green, this 4,800-square-foot canopy accommodates up to 350 guests. With sweeping golf course and countryside views, the Vintner's Pavilion creates an elegant garden party atmosphere.
For an indoor setting, the stately Harvest Room (below left) features its own foyer and fireplace. At approximately 2,000 square feet, the Harvest Room accommodates up to 120 people. Other options include a private dining room (located within the Vintage Room Restaurant), and the Board Room (below right).

The Reserve's in-house catering staff provides a variety of menu options and beverage selections, all prepared fresh on-site and served with impeccable care.
