KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

THE SOUTH COURSE:

  • Designed by John Fought.
  • Opened September, 1997.
  • Par 72 - 7,172 yards.
  • An "American traditional" course with mature stands of Oregon trees, natural terrain and numerous bunkers filled with sparkling white sand imported from Idaho.
  • John Fought is an award-winning course architect and is involved in numerous high quality design projects.

THE NORTH COURSE:

  • Designed by Bob Cupp.
  • Opened April, 1998.
  • Par 72 - 6,845 yards.
  • A "modern-style" course with rolling mounds, distinct ground shapes, fewer bunkers and difficult greens with short-grass surrounds. Among other unique features is a triple-green 8th, 10th and 17th.
  • Bob Cupp served as Senior Designer for Jack Nicklaus for 14 years prior to forming Cupp Design, Inc. in 1984, and has been involved in the development of over 130 courses since 1968.
  • Bob Cupp was recognized by Golf World as the Designer of the Year in 1992.

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS:

  • Individual, Family and Business memberships are available - The Reserve provides the most complete list of membership options in the Northwest.
  • Members will have access to all 36 holes on an availability basis, sufficient space to unwind within the expansive 40,000 square foot clubhouse and preferential use of the instructional areas.
  • Private locker rooms, club storage and a downstairs grill will be exclusively available for all members.
  • The Reserve will host 500 "active" members. The courses alternate biweekly between public/resort and private play.

PUBLIC/RESORT OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance on the course designated for the public/resort play.
  • All visitors to The Reserve will be treated as a member for the day.
  • All key assets of The Reserve will be made available to the public, including the restaurant, banquet room and practice facilities.
  • The Reserve is the premier tournament location for group outings of all sizes.

OPERATIONS:

  • The Reserve manages both courses out of one spectacular 40,000 square foot clubhouse. The interior and exterior of the clubhouse reflect the winery/vineyard theme.
  • Within the clubhouse is The Vintage Room Restaurant, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with fine interior dining and a patio overlooking the finishing holes of both courses.
  • Other amenities in the clubhouse include a first-class golf shop stocked with fashion merchandise, and ample meeting and banquet facilities.
  • The Reserve is dedicated to providing the Northwest's finest golf course playing conditions and customer service.
  • The instructional areas include a 15-acre practice facility with expansive grass tees, and two practice putting greens.
